California

California is the U.S.  state with the most people. It is the third largest state in size, after Alaska and Texas. Mary Lou, Ann, Liz, Emily, John, Marshall, Simon, Ramona, and George were all born there. Famous cities in California include Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Fresno. The capital city is Sacramento. John attended Cal Poly, in San Luis Obispo, and the University of California, in Davis.
