Washington State University

Washington State University is the second-largest university in Washington, with about 28,000 students. (The University of Washington, in Seattle, is the largest.) It's located in Pullman in eastern Washington, just a few miles from Idaho, in a hilly area called the Palouse. The sports teams are called the Cougars.
