Mariners

The Seattle Mariners are Seattle's team in the American League of Major League Baseball. The Mariners, who started in 1977, play at T-Mobile Park. They have never won the World Series. Two of their greatest players were Ichiro Suzuki and Ken Griffey, Jr. 

In 2025, they won the American League West, won the AL Division Series over the Detroit Tigers in five games, but lost the AL Championship Series, in seven games, to the Toronto Blue Jays.  

Emily and Marshall attended the fifth game against the Tigers, which the Mariners won in the 15th inning.
