Magnuson Park

Magnuson Park, on the shore of Lake Washington, is Seattle's second-largest park, after Discovery Park. For many years, it was Naval Air Station Sand Point. Navy planes landed on runways there, and many members of the Navy lived there. The playground at Magnuson Park is Seattle's largest playground.
